4th ANNUAL ANIMAL ACTION DAY 2010

 Raising awareness, appreciation & respect for all animals & the environment. All proceeds to Save China's Tigers to re-wild and breed South China Tigers.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2010

10am-10.05am-      Welcome by Animal Action Day founder Aldwyn Altuney

10.05-10.10am-      Russian Folk Dance Group will do a traditional Russian dance

10.10-10.45am-      Indie, folk, acoustic performer Kandy McCouat

10.45-11.00am-      Australian Marine Conservation Society Coral Sea community campaigner Daisy Barham will speak about how to protect the Coral Sea, east of the Great Barrier Reef.

11.00-11.30am-     Allison Forner does contemporary covers

11.30-11.45am-     Author Andy McDermott speaks on South China Tigers history

11.45am-noon-       Sydney- based Australian representative Steven Prassas speaks on what Save China's Tigers are doing to help

Noon-12.05pm-      Steven Prassas welcomes friend Lynn Santer

12.05-12.10pm-      Lynn Santer speaks about big cat conservation & her book, An Unbelievable Life

12.10pm-                 DJ Elemental Guy Sohm mixes the music

12.15-12.45pm-      Byron Bay acoustic alternative performer Craig Telfer

12.45pm-1pm-        Domestic livestock crusader Mark Tully from Blue Hills Rare Breedstud will talk about the loss of humanity's living history and is bringing along animals much rarer than a panda

1-1.15pm-                Nerida Marshall speaks about intensive animal farms

1.15-1.20pm-           Cr Chris Robins does official welcome & gives tips on responsible pet ownership

1.50-2pm-                Wildlife documentary filmmaker Lin Sutherland will speak about her adventures and films
