free2BeTM founders Deborah Nelson and Desiree van Riemsdijk will run a pilot weekend workshop on November 8 and 9, 2008, providing small business owners with practical tools to empower their success in business. Their next one after this will be in February 2009.

The free2Be MeTM workshop, at the FSG Resource Centre in Southport, will see Deborah and Desiree use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and PI (Physical Intelligence) to equip participants with powerful tools to take their businesses to the next level.

"In this workshop, our participants will get to know their personal vehicle, their tools, their path and their destination," Ms Nelson said.

"We will support them to grab their keys and Be free2Go, their way.

"Our program provides all the tools people need to awaken and embody their personal talents, use those talents to grow businesses they love and synergise their ventures to empower their communities."

Participants will create their four essential wheels of success in the workshop, based on the practical and proven tools of established physical, emotional, mental and success intelligence programs.

"It's about recognising, accessing and harnessing their own full suite of resources so they can achieve what they want to achieve in life, regardless of the economic climate.

"In fact, the economic climate is actually an opportunity for people to take control of their own destinies and ensure their future wellbeing.

"With the government predicting tens of thousands of job losses and alarmingly inflating fuel and food prices, people are afraid and this workshop is about giving people back their power."

The workshops are one of three platforms free2BeTM uses to achieve their mission to inspire, educate, support, equip and unite women in business and men who value the collaborative feminine approach to life and business.

The second platform of the program takes aspiring small business owners by the hand for 12 months, giving them all the business knowledge, clarity, support, guidance, action plans and sense of community they need: to understand what it's all about, to achieve the results they dream of and to bring the joy back into their business.

The final platform of the free2BeTM program uses the power of "synergy", where "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts".

"Finding the synergy between people, businesses and communities will be essential to our collective future wellbeing," said Ms Riemsdijk.

"This ground-breaking platform empowers local businesses to grow collaboratively, to support each other and be fully supported while they enrich the social and economic health of their communities."
