Mount Tamborine-based artist Peter Scammell will give a talk on the secret lives of famous Renaissance artists at The Pavilion on May 4.
He will expose the prankster in Leonardo da Vinci, the witty playful side of Michelangelo, the inner circle and workings of the powerful Medicis and some of the Da Vinci Codesque intrigues within the precincts of the Vatican.
Peter is head of CoMA College of Fine Arts.
The evening will begin at 6pm with a glass of champagne, a sit-down three course meal and wine followed by a fascinating insight into the most brilliant period of artistic flowering in that most brilliant Italian city Florence.
The night will have a specially designed Italian three-course meal, champagne greeting and abundant wine.
