Business owners again proved how generous they can be by donating just over $20,000 to the non-profit Step Up Foundation through auction items at the NCB charity dinner gala 2008.
The $20,500 raised will go to educating, inspiring and exciting teenagers about the possibilities for their future in business and in life, by bringing high profile, inspirational business, sporting and other leaders and teens together at events.
stepUP aims to be a $100M Foundation operating on all 7 continents by 2013.
The winner of the Business Mastery Award was Superfox Merchandise, based in Norman Park and headed by Kelly 'Curly' Quinn, which has more than tripled its business in the past year.
Kellie and Adam "Silver Fox" Palfrey were clearly blown away by their win announcement on the night, giving brilliant Business Mastery coach Nick Allan the biggest hug he's ever had.
It was great to see how much the NCB has grown since it began in November 2002. Directors Jon and Danyelle Mailer were as inspirational as ever and were glowing after the birth of their first child, Georgie Chanel Grace Mailer, who was born on November 10, 2008.

$55 for an A3 print + $2 postage and handling.
They can be printed in your choice of gloss or matte, with or without borders. Framing options can also be discussed.

To place an order, simply write a note listing the event, which photos you would like, what size prints you want and send a cheque, made out to Aldwyn Altuney, or money order for the relevant amount to PO Box 114, Southport BC, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, 4215. Don't forget to include a business card or your contact details, including the best address to send the photos to.
